Role Summary

Manager, Clinical Site Centricity. Role responsible for driving collection, synthesis, and action planning around site feedback and the strategic communications infrastructure to strengthen the partnership between AbbVie and clinical trial sites. Based in North Chicago with hybrid onsite days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to writing qualitative and quantitative insights surveys and discussion guides to solicit insights from clinical sites that support operational excellence
  • Manage the development, programming, and deployment of site-facing surveys such as the Global All Investigator Survey and study surveys
  • Write materials for internal change management and communications regarding site-facing surveys
  • Manage timelines and projects related to external benchmarking of AbbVie’s positioning in industry (Centerwatch)
  • Ensure quality in survey implementation, response collection, and data analysis to support data integrity
  • Collaborate with data analytics partners to answer key business questions leveraging survey data and deliver analyses
  • Contribute to the advancement of survey implementation technology and analysis including opportunities for software and AI to automate and refine data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to the development of presentations and tools that enable sharing of strategic insights with internal stakeholders including leadership
  • Support template development for Clinical Site Centricity deliverables
  • Manage Sharepoint and playbooks for Clinical Site Centricity Team
  • Ensure research methods are compliant with all procedures and regulations
  • Support supplier oversight in project execution as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years + of pharma-related/clinical research experience or equivalent
  • Excellent collaborator and articulate communicator – easily build relationships across geographic locations and gains cross functional alignment.
  • Executional excellence and ability to identify and answer key business questions from qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Detail oriented with attention to quality
  • High level understanding of clinical development
  • Ability to adopt a customer centric mindset and understand diverse perspectives
