Manager, Business Systems - IT Warehousing Capabilities

Role: Lead the Warehousing business systems capability within supply chain operations, managing a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Warehouse Management (WM), SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), inventory systems, RF/mobile solutions, warehouse automation, and integrations with manufacturing, logistics, and serialization platforms. Primary objectives include ensuring technology solutions are compliant, scalable, reliable, and optimized for operational efficiency and business outcomes. Responsibilities encompass defining the technology roadmap, translating operational needs into system requirements, governing solution lifecycle, leading cross-functional programs, and ensuring operational excellence and data integrity. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across supply chain functions, IT, and third-party partners. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or IT systems, with preferred expertise in enterprise warehouse management solutions, regulated industries, and validated systems. Experience with SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, automation, and 3PL integrations is highly valued. Leadership experience, analytical skills, and ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment are essential. The position requires strong stakeholder management and a strategic mindset to align technology with business goals. The role is based in a manner consistent with the company's hybrid or onsite needs, with travel expectations aligned to project and operational demands.
