Major Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Product Design: Develop processes aligned to business goals and compliance; support benefits tools/systems implementation; monitor/analyze benefit utilization trends; coordinate stakeholders on implementation projects.
- Vendor Management: Assist with vendor management and contract renewals; evaluate carrier performance and establish cost metrics; build/maintain vendor/carrier partnerships in assigned markets.
- Communication & Delivery: Support communication of benefit/work-life/well-being programs; implement communication plans to increase awareness; partner with Corporate Communications for messaging; provide best-practice insights for benefits administration, retirement, wellness, and other programs.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Support integration of acquired companies into BMS benefit plans; guide new benefits for acquired employees; assist pension derisking and standardize defined benefit pension processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma plus 7+ years progressive experience.
- 4+ years in benefits administration, process improvement, and system implementations.
- Pension governance/actuarial requirements/plan compliance knowledge.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Online Benefits Admin/Darwin, ADP.
- Ability to develop/implement effective communication strategies; knowledge of benefits standards/policies.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-year projects.
- Exceptional organizational/leadership/communication skills, customer-centric approach, financial acumen.
Compensation (Tampa, FL): $81,260–$98,468; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
