Manager, Benefits & Mobility (Raynham, MA)

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits (health & welfare, retirement, wellbeing).
- Lead domestic and international mobility programs (relocations, assignments, and policy governance).
- Ensure benefits and mobility compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal to align programs with business strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships (brokers and mobility providers) for service quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance.
- Analyze benefits/mobility performance, utilization, and costs; provide insights and recommendations.
- Support change initiatives (program enhancements, employee communications, organizational transition support).
- Coach HR partners and employees on benefits and mobility-related matters.

Where required to be managed locally:
- Document handling (wet signatures): print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, route.
- Records management: store/archive/retrieve, fulfill requests, coordinate offsite storage, scan/name for Veeva.
- Compliance/admin: upload/submit filings, print and hand-deliver to agencies, support audits/on-site audit coordination.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related); Master’s preferred.
- 6–8 years progressive experience in benefits, mobility, or total rewards (manager level).
- Strong U.S. benefits and regulatory knowledge; vendor management experience.
- Data analysis to drive recommendations; stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred:
- Global mobility/international assignment experience; matrixed/regulate industry experience; change management/benefits communications knowledge; familiarity with HR systems/benefits platforms.

Other:
- English; travel up to ~10%; CEBS (or similar) preferred.
