Summary
- Develop, implement, and support advanced analytical, machine learning, and forecasting solutions focused on Commercial Demand, partnering cross-functionally to translate business requirements into high-quality analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
- Contribute to an Analytical AI community with data scientists, forecasting SMEs, and ML practitioners.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques; analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and drivers.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics to build forecasting solutions.
- Monitor model performance; improve forecast accuracy and reliability; support experimentation to validate assumptions.
- Communicate results, assumptions, and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders; maintain documentation.
- Apply best practices; stay current on evolving techniques; scale standardized tools/templates and processes.
- Support performance evaluation (accuracy, usability, business impact) and identify incremental improvements.
Qualifications
- BA/BS required (quantitative preferred); MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, MS Office; preferred experience with Git and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and/or commercial forecasting.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- 2β3 years hands-on experience in advanced analytics/data science (pharmaceutical forecasting preferred).
- Proven experience leading/operating large, complex cross-functional projects.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Starting compensation range (Princeton, NJ): $95,970β$116,287; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
