Role Summary

This position serves to provide leadership and strategic execution for a nurse educator service platform designed to support patients in navigating and utilizing available resources to better understand their conditions and effectively manage their treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership, inspiration, and support to team(s) of Nurse Ambassadors
  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnership with vendor Nurse DM to provide consistent and effective leadership for the district
  • Analyze data to assess performance and identify strategic opportunities for improvement/growth
  • Provide ongoing coaching for Nurse Ambassadors at both a district and individual level to promote exceptional patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Prioritize competing demands to support team in managing workload
  • Contribute to Program success through working groups and projects
  • Roll out Training related to Program updates, marketing tools, and ongoing development
  • Plan and facilitate district communications including weekly meetings and written communication
  • Address Sales and HCP questions and complaints related to the Program

Qualifications

  • Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree (preferably in the health sciences)
  • 5+ years professional experience in Healthcare industry required
  • Ability to drive results through coaching and motivating others
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using data analysis to drive strategy
  • Engaging presentation skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate for success
  • An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials.
  • These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting and specific licenses required by individual state or cities.
