Manager, Alliance Management

Role: Manager of Alliance Management supporting FMI’s biopharma collaborations, including companion diagnostics, clinical profiling, and data partnerships. Responsibilities: oversee day-to-day partner interactions, ensure contract deliverables and milestones are met, manage communication and escalation, develop project plans, and identify growth opportunities; support governance and account health initiatives; assist business development with account planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a scientific discipline, 4+ years in pharma/biotech or diagnostics, with 2+ years in business development, project, or alliance management; travel up to 25%. Preferred: advanced degree, 5+ years in alliance roles, leadership experience, oncology market knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and understanding of patient data privacy.
