Manager, AI Learning Programs - L&LD

Purpose:
The Manager, AI Learning Programs—Learning & Leadership Development is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality AI learning initiatives across the enterprise. The role coordinates program timelines, content publishing, learning platform management, learner communications, and operational tracking to deliver AI learning experiences smoothly, consistently, and at scale globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on development of new AI learning programs, resources, and maintenance/enhancement of existing materials.
- Coordinate and manage the execution calendar for AI learning programs and launches.
- Cross-functionally coordinate content reviews, localization, user acceptance testing, publishing, and event logistics.
- Track participation, completion, feedback, and other program metrics via custom dashboards and reports.
- Support LMS/LXP administration and maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, program management, instructional support, or related roles.
- Strong written and excellent oral communication skills; excellent project coordination and execution.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Experience with learning platform administration.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
