Responsibilities:
- Engineer and lead AI-enabled CRM solutions, including LLM-based, predictive analytics, intelligent content surfacing, and generative AI features within Veeva CRM, MyInsights/X-Pages, and Vault.
- Design and implement AI/ML workflows using CRM data pipelines for call planning optimization, sentiment analysis, and rep coaching.
- Evaluate, prototype, and scale generative AI use cases (auto call summaries, intelligent alerts, field insights).
- Build AI-powered MyInsights/X-Pages and dynamic dashboards with predictive KPIs for field reps and managers.
- Drive agentic AI pilots to automate CRM workflows, data enrichment, and intelligent routing via CRM APIs and third-party data.
- Establish AI governance/responsible AI practices; ensure compliance with AI usage policies, data privacy, and validated systems standards.
- Provide technical leadership across CRM/Vault data loading, integrations, architecture, SDLC/CI/CD, and deployment readiness.
- Lead code reviews, release planning, risk/change-impact assessment, and mentor global CRM developers.

Requirements (Required):
- BS in CS/IT/Data Science or related; 5+ years IT; 5+ years hands-on CRM (config, UIX, workflows, security, MyInsights/X-Pages, integrations).
- 5+ years SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- 2+ years applied AI/ML (LLMs/intelligent automation) in enterprise.
- 4+ years SDLC + validated/regulatory life sciences + cloud-native development.
- Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into CRM/enterprise apps.
- 1+ years Databricks (Lakehouse/ETL); 2+ years vectorization, Python, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure, Anthropic, GCP models.
- Strong AWS (API Gateway, CI/CD) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
- Experience processing real-time Salesforce events (platform events).

Additionally Preferred:
- LLM frameworks; life sciences CRM ecosystem experience; generative/agentic AI in regulated environments; predictive modeling for pharma commercial use cases; DevOps/CI-CD tooling (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins); CRM certifications; Jira; pharma/healthcare domain experience.
