Manager, Accounting

Role: Manager of Accounting overseeing financial statement preparation and regulatory filings for Precision BioSciences, focusing on SEC reporting, financial close, and transactional processes. Responsibilities: lead consolidation of financial reports supporting 10-K, 10-Q, and SEC disclosures, manage month-end and year-end close activities, perform technical accounting analyses, and coordinate with external auditors; oversee cash management, treasury, and equity compensation plans; ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or business; 5+ years of general accounting experience (including 3+ in public accounting); strong GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting expertise, proficiency in NetSuite and Excel; ability to handle confidential information accurately.
