Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day 3PL operations management (inbounding, pick/pack/ship, inventory, returns) to ensure accurate and timely product movement through customer delivery.
- Publish daily UnPGI orders and daily prior-day sales-invoiced reports; conduct weekly claims reviews to drive corrective actions.
- Own customer-critical shipments and expedite resolution of service deviations.
- Track and enforce 3PL KPIs: On-Time Receiving, Shipment Accuracy, On-Time Shipping, Net Inventory Accuracy, and Returns Processed On Time.
- Trigger and manage quarterly performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
- Review warehouse and transportation invoices; validate overtime and ad-hoc labor charges; track expedited shipments; assist with budget performance to targets.
- Lead bi-weekly internal launch timeline reviews and tracker; ensure MDM, SDS, and setup elements are completed internally and with the 3PL.
- Ensure launch orders ship on expected date; manage transportation through delivery.
- Ensure SOP adherence and audit readiness; maintain licensing records; collaborate with QA on SOP development and audits.
- Establish DSCSA connectivity between company systems and the 3PL for end-to-end product traceability.
- Assess 3PL capabilities; scope and lead non-standard requests (inspections, rework, repack) with feasibility, timelines, and compliance safeguards; communicate capacity limits and execution plans to cross-functional teams.
- Assist with CFT planning using volume forecasts; ensure 3PL labor plans meet demand; monitor/approve overtime and ad-hoc labor; facilitate weekly management reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as liaison across Customer Care, Commercial, Finance, and Operations; assist with root-cause actions and change initiatives to enhance service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs with 5+ yearsβ experience in Logistics or Operations Management (or related).
- Experience with inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing operations, and controlled substances.
- Business understanding of logistics/warehouse operations; customs and FDA clearance; GMP/GDP/GWP/cGMP/FDA/USCBP compliance requirements.
- Preferred: Midwest location (Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee).
