The Position
- Improve systems & equipment reliability in the assigned process area; reduce downtime and support operation.
Essential Functions
- Work safely and in an environmentally responsible way.
- Improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
- Restore equipment function correctly and technically.
- Lead Event Response.
- Plan and perform corrective and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor performance/trends and provide action plans.
- Support and implement reliability improvement projects.
- Support and assist in training/coaching process operations.
- Record and review maintenance/repair data in BPR forms.
- Review and coach SAP use, including Work Order oversight and completion.
- Other accountabilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associateβs degree in a relevant field, or equivalent military/industrial training with thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems (required).
- Minimum 7 years relevant work experience (required).
- Knowledge of Compressed Air, Electro-Mechanical controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & robotics (required).
- Ability/experience with automated records systems (e.g., SAP), schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents (required).
- Computer literacy; troubleshooting strategy knowledge/application (required).
