Job Description:
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Train lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
- Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
- Train others on tasks.
- Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines.
- Fully proficient in core function, performing advanced level tasks.
- Assist cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
- Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
- Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years’ experience OR Relevant Certificate with 5+ years’ experience OR Associate technical degree with 3+ years’ experience OR proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
- Electrical experience with motors, controls, and PLCs.
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
