Operations
Hours/Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (Rotating Shift – 4 days on/4 days off)
Senior-level technical support within the maintenance department; trains lower-level technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to code of conduct.
- Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards.
- Assist in root-cause investigation and reliability-centered maintenance analysis.
- Train others.
- Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines; create/edit maintenance job plans.
- Intermediate MS Windows skills.
- Perform advanced tasks within core function.
- Assist cross-functional teams outside maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma (10+ yrs) or relevant certificate (5+ yrs) or associate technical degree (3+ yrs) or proficiency in two+ skilled maintenance functions.
- CMRT (or equivalent) desired.
- Advanced tools knowledge (machine, diagnostic, predictive).
- Proficient with I/O and BAS-controlled systems (e.g., transducers, controller boards, actuators, valves, dampers, sensors).
- Working knowledge of HVAC/R validation/commissioning.
- Interpret electrical diagrams; work with 24Vac, 120Vac, 460Vac.
- Install/maintain/repair walk-in coolers and freezers; use superheat/subcooling calculations.
- Operate/troubleshoot Beacon 2 smart controllers and IntelliGen (a plus).
- EPA certification for refrigerant reclaiming equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
