Night Shift- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday from 6 pm to 6 am

Technician position providing general and preventive maintenance to keep the facility and electrical distribution systems safe and within specifications. May require regular off-shift and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (follow procedures, complete work orders/logbooks, improve PM program, update procedures and as-built drawings, identify critical spare parts, own selected equipment).
- Execute repairs (respond to requests/alarm conditions, assess breakdowns and restore operation, document repairs, support Quality Assurance investigations, operate/monitor utility power/electrical distribution/motor control center, respond to out-of-range conditions, troubleshoot).
- Support contractors (supervise, ensure safety and cGMP compliance, oversee technical quality).
- Lead small facility/utility projects (define scope/estimates/manage small projects; support facility support activities like moves/reconfiguration/painting).

Skills/Abilities (technical)
- Electrical test equipment; PLC controls, wiring/terminations; fire alarm systems (license a plus); MCC wiring/functions; power distribution 480V and below; rotating machinery; automation systems; engineering principles; access control/interlocks; read P&IDs.
- Troubleshooting/root-cause; detail oriented; lift/move 40 lbs overhead.
- Communicate and document clearly; revise/proofread maintenance procedures.
- OSHA safe work practices; cGMP/GDP/FDA maintenance requirements.

Pharma/Computer (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing technology (preferably aseptic).
- Basic process control/instrumentation; office automation software.

Qualifications
Technician I: HS diploma/equivalent; 1–3 years maintenance. Preferred: trade school/2-yr degree; regulated industry; basic cGMP/GDP/FDA; pharma operations.
Technician II: Preferred: trade school/2-yr degree; regulated industry; basic cGMP/GDP/FDA; 3–7 years pharma.
Technician III: HS diploma/equivalent; 7+ years maintenance. Preferred: trade school/2-yr degree; regulated industry; basic cGMP/GDP/FDA; 3–7 years pharma.
