Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production, laboratory, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues with minimal supervision.
- Interpret equipment drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to plan and perform maintenance.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Support startup, commissioning, and 24-hour site operations to maintain facility readiness.
- Write and revise procedures and training materials for equipment and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced maintenance technicians.

Shift: 1st or 2nd after onboarding and training completion.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in a regulated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems, and a CMMS.
- Ability to follow safety and quality requirements; strong communication/organization; accurate documentation.
- Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, wear protective clothing; work in clean rooms and confined spaces.
- Schedule flexibility for 24-hour operations (nights, weekends, holidays).

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in aseptic fill/finish operations or radiopharmacy in a regulated environment.
- Training handling radioactive/hazardous materials; familiarity using and calibrating radiation detection equipment.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $47,530–$88,270 per year; final offer based on skills/experience.
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible eligibility for annual equity awards.
