Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Nights)

Role: Maintenance Shift Supervisor overseeing manufacturing and laboratory equipment support in a regulated biopharma environment. Primary objectives are to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and continuous operation of production processes. Responsibilities include supervising corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, interpreting technical diagrams, supporting site startup and transition to 24/7 operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
