Responsibilities:
- Safety: Foster proactive safety culture; ensure compliance with safety procedures/policies; lead accident/near-miss reviews and incident notifications; maintain housekeeping.
- Quality: Ensure team compliance with cGMPs/Global Quality Standards/local procedures; complete regulatory-based PMs on schedule.
- Manage People Effectively: Manage daily planning/scheduling activities (attendance, overtime, resources, performance, reporting); MondayβFriday schedule with possible night/weekend support.
- Planning & Scheduling Excellence: Lead maintenance planners/schedulers; schedule maintenance/calibration/repairs; use/train on GMARS (CMMS); maintain backlog to prevent delinquent PMs; understand equipment/instrumentation and engineering drawings; verify/order parts/materials/special tools; coordinate with operations/quality/engineering/maintenance to minimize conflicts.
- Staffing: Recruit and develop planning/scheduling talent.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years industrial maintenance planning/scheduling in an FDA-regulated industry
- Maintenance leadership experience (supervisor/coordinator/lead) in an FDA-regulated industry
- Strong understanding of CMMS (GMARS)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time (no visa sponsorship)

- Anticipated wage: $40.38β$59.23; company bonus (based on performance)
