Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule maintenance and calibration activities aligned with production timelines
- Develop and maintain accurate equipment records and maintenance plans
- Coordinate technicians, contractors, and resources to execute planned work efficiently
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance and reliability teams
- Analyze and prioritize work orders based on urgency, complexity, and available resources
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Support development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Monitor maintenance performance and generate reports for leadership review
- Contribute to continuous improvement, cost optimization, and equipment reliability initiatives

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in a relevant field with 2 years of experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment, preferably biopharmaceutical operations
- Hands-on experience with biopharmaceutical processing equipment and systems
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance planning methodologies
- Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office
- Experience applying reliability centered maintenance principles to manufacturing equipment
- Ability to perform root cause failure analysis and implement effective solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $32.12–$59.62 per hour
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on level
