Maintenance Mechanic (Weekend Day Shift - Fri–Sun, 6 AM–6 PM)

Role: Maintenance Mechanic working on weekend days (Fri-Sun, 6 am-6 pm) at 3M's Rockland, MA plant, focusing on preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. Responsibilities: perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery components including bearings, gear boxes, control valves, motors, and electrical systems; ensure safety and quality compliance; communicate effectively with team members. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience; knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; ability to interpret drawings and schematics; proficiency with maintenance management systems preferred.
