Maintenance Field Manager

Role: Maintenance Field Manager overseeing maintenance operations at OTX facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in GMP-regulated environments. Responsibilities: lead daily maintenance activities, provide technical and team leadership, manage vendors, oversee GMP deviations, change controls, CAPA, and documentation; drive equipment reliability and risk-based prioritization; develop team capabilities; promote safety culture; serve as a maintenance representative during audits and emergencies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in facilities or equipment maintenance within pharma/biotech GMP settings; 3–5+ years supervisory experience; strong knowledge of mechanical, utilities, and plant systems; proficiency with CMMS (preferably Blue Mountain RAM); excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred: experience with environmental monitoring (Vaisala or similar), building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, cleanroom infrastructure, safety compliance, equipment qualification support, and CMMS transitions.
