Drives sales and develops business within an assigned long-term care (LTC) territory by managing relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and facility decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting Acadia products through clinical education
- Addressing customer needs and objections
- Developing territory business plans
- Providing guidance on pricing and reimbursement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience (neuroscience preferred)
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Must reside within the territory
