Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Toledo, OH)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
- Use business analysis to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities; attend relevant Society meetings with key decision makers.
- Maintain working knowledge of, and established relationships within, the long term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Live within the territory geography.
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated career success in LTC networking and local pull-through.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments; proficient with technology.
- Ability to travel as required (may include overnight/weekend).
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Annual starting salary: $88,000โ$160,000; eligibility for sales incentive plan based on defined sales targets.
