Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Psychiatry) β South Jersey, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
- Analyze business opportunities; attend relevant Society meetings where key decision makers are in attendance.
- Maintain working knowledge of, and established relationships within, the long term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must live within the geography/territory.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated career success in LTC networking and local pull-through.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments; proficiency with technology.
- Travel as required (including overnight/weekend).
- Valid US driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Annual starting salary: $88,000β$160,000. Eligible for sales incentive plan.
