Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Psychiatry) β Albany, NY (Territory includes Beaver Falls, Waynesburg, Monroeville, Weirton, WV; must live in territory; boundaries subject to change)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in assigned geography.
- Analyze to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities; attend relevant Society meetings with key decision makers.
- Use working knowledge and established relationships in the long-term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Proactively collaborate with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Demonstrated LTC networking and local pull-through preferred.
Skills/Requirements:
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual environments; proficient with technology.
- Travel as required (including overnight/weekend).
- Valid US driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Benefits:
- Annual starting salary: $88,000β$160,000; eligible for company sales incentive plan.
