Long Term Care Associate Account Manager (Psychiatry) — Albany, NY (must live in territory: Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, Bucks County).
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in assigned geography.
- Analyze to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities; attend relevant society meetings.
- Maintain working knowledge and established relationships within the long term care industry.
- Monitor account performance to drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Collaborate proactively with field representatives and sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success in LTC networking and local pull-through preferred.
Skills/Requirements
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual environments; proficiency with technology.
- Ability to travel as required (may include overnight/weekend).
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Compensation/Benefits (selected)
- Annual starting salary: $88,000–$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan.
- Comprehensive health insurance (medical/dental/vision/prescription), 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, company-paid life/disability.
