Position Summary
Liquid Product Manager supports all stages of liquid product development and commercialization to ensure high adoption and delivery of high-quality commercially available liquid offerings. Focuses on clinical liquid offerings in Caris Life Sciences (current and future products), including oncology liquid market expertise, compliance/regulations, and ability to communicate and sell Caris liquid products.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a product roadmap (assigned geography) from concept to commercial adoption; partner with local commercial teams from development through widespread adoption.
- Deliver the operating plan and achieve growth objectives.
- Identify and build customer/company-specific strategy.
- Lead end-to-end execution of cross-business-unit go-to-market strategies for products and services.
- Serve as consultative/advisory partner to clients on technology-based solutions.
- Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and hospital/lab professionals.
- Analyze opportunities; develop strategic sales plans for assigned geography.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Liquid Product market clients.
- Maintain core knowledge of competitive products, reimbursement/billing, and related tech solutions in liquid oncology.
- Provide post-sales service; pursue additional business opportunities.
- Maintain assigned company assets.
- Submit administrative items (weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM, and other weekly tasks).
- Use training/materials to demonstrate core knowledge of technology solutions and competitive strategies.
- Meet targets/goals; support meetings and trade shows as required.
- Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid platform.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years sales experience in molecular diagnostics or relevant industry (liquid biopsy preferred).
- Knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science.
- Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and drug response (major advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic Internet business use.
- Valid driver’s license; reliable vehicle/insurance.
- Travel regularly; 75% field time meeting clients/prospects.
- Pre-employment: criminal background check, drug screening, reference verification.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 5–7+ years successful diagnostic sales (product and service).
