Legal Counsel, GI2 Therapy Area, Strategy and Portfolio Development

Role: Senior Director, Legal Counsel for GI2 Therapy Area, focusing on strategy and portfolio development. Responsibilities: provide legal advice supporting product commercialization, lifecycle management, and cross-functional initiatives; interpret laws and regulations; conduct complex legal analyses; ensure legal and regulatory compliance across brands and assets; support high-risk, high-impact legal matters. Requirements: active State Bar membership; 5+ years in-house legal experience in pharma/biotech supporting marketed products preferred; 5+ years law practice experience, including in law firms or regulatory agencies; deep expertise in pharma regulations, compliance, contracts, anti-bribery, privacy, and pricing laws; strong cross-functional leadership, strategic counsel, and communication skills.
