Role: The Learning Portfolio Lead - Neuroscience is a people leader responsible for shaping and managing the strategic direction of the neuroscience learning portfolio within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives include ensuring curricula and learning solutions align with business priorities, scientific developments, and learner needs to build field medical capability. Responsibilities encompass portfolio strategy, performance monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, and resource management, translating scientific and clinical insights into effective learning pathways. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, or related fields required; advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, MBA) preferred. Experience: 7–10+ years in learning, field medical, or pharmaceutical/biotech sectors; leadership experience preferred. High-Value: Focus on neuroscience therapeutic areas such as MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and psychiatric disorders; development stage relevant to ongoing learning needs; cross-functional stakeholder engagement; expertise in curriculum management, portfolio analysis, and enterprise learning standards.
