Learning Partner (Pharmacy)

Responsibilities:
- Lead development of learning solutions through curation and performance cycle alignment; facilitate training to deliver development and performance results.
- Coordinate with Learning & Training and business stakeholders to provide appropriate learning solutions; own evaluation and clearly communicate data.
- Develop and manage content, communications, and operations for business training programs; lead scheduling and align learning solutions to performance cycles.
- Serve as subject matter expert; partner with leaders to determine needs and L&D objectives; present learning solution options; help drive leader and team performance.
- Manage multiple projects/events using adult learning best practices from design through evaluation and execution; oversee, troubleshoot, and make decisions to ensure project quality and integrity.
- Build relationships with OneHUB leaders, department heads, and SMEs; lead onboarding and integration of business new hires and facilitators.
- Develop and facilitate engaging presentations; ensure logistics for ILT/VILT; create learning delivery calendar and support launch.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Adult Education); advanced degree preferred; 5+ years related experience.
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong collaboration/relationship skills; ability to influence all organizational levels.
- Experience with adult learning theory and learning-related technologies.
- Ability to work independently, make quick accurate decisions, and demonstrate initiative/innovation.
- Ability to present ideas/data in concise written and oral formats; strong multi-project management and attention to detail.
