The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing these programs. This position involves collaborating with various departments to assess training needs, creating engaging content, and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Degree-qualified in Human Resources or equivalent experience working in Learning and Development/HR or related background.
Experience working with learning or talent platform. Experience building process around calendar management and spreadsheet development in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $164,000 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidateβs geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidateβs geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors.
