Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track Global Medical Strategy & Transformation priorities and impact measures; escalate competing demands as needed.
- Improve governance frameworks and leadership operating rhythms (decision rights, escalation paths, cadences).
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and leadership communications; synthesize cross-functional inputs into strategic recommendations.
- Exercise delegated decision-making for defined domains; resolve cross-functional conflicts and unblock execution.
- Anticipate risks; track follow-up actions and ensure accountability.
- Coordinate leadership meetings; capture decisions and document action items.
- Own end-to-end delivery of designated transformation workstreams (scope, resources, budget tracking, risk mitigation).
- Identify capability/readiness gaps and share observations to enable process improvements.
- Orchestrate AI-enabled workflows; maintain quality, compliance, and data integrity; evaluate/select AI tools.
- Identify automation/digital innovation opportunities; guide/upskill peers on AI-enabled workflows.
- Represent the Global Head in select forums; coordinate stakeholder communications and prepare stakeholder insights.
- Plan and execute leadership events/offsites/workshops (agenda, logistics, venues).
- Manage complex executive calendars and international/domestic travel; support expense reporting; serve as a responsive point of contact.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
- Track record in strategic coordination/project management/executive support with cross-functional influence.
- Proven experience designing/implementing/scaling AI-enabled productivity tools and digital workflows.
- Experience preparing executive communications, infographics, and visual materials.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills, written/verbal communication, digital/AI fluency, discretion/confidentiality, strategic mindset, interpersonal skills, and comfort in ambiguity.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences experience; familiarity with medical/scientific functions; enterprise collaboration/workflow platforms and AI tools; exposure to governance, transformation, or change management.
