Lead Software Engineer – AEM & Forms

Role: Expert Software Engineer – AEM & Forms, focusing on designing, building, and supporting the experience layer of Agilent.com within a product-oriented POD. Responsibilities include developing frontend applications and reusable components using Adobe DA.live, Edge Delivery Services, AEM Cloud Service, and Adobe Forms; creating personalized, scalable digital experiences; integrating front-end with enterprise content, catalog, personalization, and analytics platforms; and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role also involves acting as a Technical Product Owner (TPO), guiding best engineering practices, mentoring team members, and contributing to agile delivery and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; 8+ years of experience in frontend and digital experience development; strong expertise with Adobe DA.live, AEM Cloud Service, Adobe Forms, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend design systems; experience in content-driven architectures, global scalable web experiences, and enterprise integrations; excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred skills include Adobe Certified Expert certifications, experience with Adobe Experience Platform SDKs, GitHub Actions, AI-assisted coding, and familiarity with marketing automation and customer data platforms. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence Tuesday-Thursday, with remote work Monday and Friday, and involves occasional travel. The position offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of approximately $127,680–$199,500 USD annually, plus bonuses, stock, and benefits.
