Lead SAP Customer Master Data & Analytics

Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, and global governance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
- Serve as senior point of contact across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, Finance/AR, Commercial, and IT.
- Define/enforce customer data standards, stewardship, and data-quality controls.
- Drive continuous improvement and balance standardization with operational agility.
- Oversee Customer MDM/DSP (Syniti) operating models (intake, validation, approvals, stewardship, escalation, audit readiness) and manage DSP workflows/SLAs.
- Support SAP enhancements, integrations, and data remediation (design, test, rollout).
- Lead medium-to-large initiatives using Smartsheet.
- Maintain Customer Master Data SOPs and country variants.
- Deliver executive reporting/analytics on data quality, KPIs, and performance.
- Drive AI-enabled automation (duplicate detection, intelligent validation, workflow optimization).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, privacy, and SOX requirements for customer data.
- Lead/manages a team of 3–5 analysts; coach, develop, and perform talent management.

Qualifications:
- Required: 5+ years in Master Data Management/Data Governance/Data & Analytics; strong end-to-end OTC process knowledge; ability to influence in a matrixed global org; proven process improvement/data quality leadership; project management (Smartsheet or similar); advanced analytics/problem-solving; high proficiency in Excel; hands-on SQL Server, Power BI, Oracle, and data modeling; excellent communication; manage multiple priorities; people leadership.
- Preferred: MDM/data stewardship platform experience (DSP/Syniti); internal audit/SOX/regulatory exposure; SAP S/4HANA data initiatives; interest in automation/innovation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Finance.
