Lead Programmer

Role: Lead Programmer developing population health analytics tools within Labcorp’s informatics team. Responsibilities: design and implement data pipelines and visualization solutions leveraging SAP HANA, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and Power BI; optimize ETL processes; integrate internal and external datasets including social determinants; support sales with analytics and custom reports; document requirements; train users; automate reporting workflows aligned with value-based care goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in application development including database, programming, and visualization; 5+ years in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. Preferred: extensive experience with Alteryx and SAP HANA; healthcare environment knowledge; population health insights and diagnostics familiarity. High-Value: healthcare data analytics, population health, data integration, visualization, SQL, Alteryx, SAP HANA, healthcare environment experience. Work setup: full-time, on-site or hybrid in Burlington or Durham, NC, with flexibility for occasional work hour adjustments.
