Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director with deep expertise in brand identity development, package design, in-store display experience, and omni-channel campaign creation. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on creative leader who thrives on storytelling, brand building, and delivering cohesive experiences across print, digital, social, and e-commerce platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to craft compelling brand narratives, elevate visual identity systems, and drive creative excellence across all consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Strategy: Develop and evolve brand identity systems that are distinctive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Brand consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Storytelling: Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal storytelling.
  • Packaging & In-Store Design: Lead the design and development of packaging that is innovative, functional, and brand-aligned.
  • In-store engagement: Oversee in-store display concepts that enhance shopper engagement and drive conversion.
  • Omni-Channel Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that span print, digital, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution across platforms.
  • Creative optimization: Use data and insights to optimize creative performance and consumer engagement.
  • Creative Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Culture & process: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Agency/partner management: Manage external creative partners and agencies as needed.
  • Storytelling & Brand Building: Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences; champion the brand voice and visual language across all communications; refine and elevate the brand experience based on market trends and consumer feedback.

Qualifications

About You

  • Required: 10+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, and campaign development.
  • Required: Proven track record of leading successful omni-channel campaigns.
  • Required: Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and retail design.
  • Required: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and digital ecosystems.
  • Required: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Required: Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Required: Familiarity with sustainability trends and inclusive design practices.
  • Preferred: Experience in the beauty/CPG industry.
