Role Summary
Lead of Creative and Design, based in Morristown, NJ. You will oversee brand identity development, packaging, in-store design, and omni-channel campaigns, guiding a multidisciplinary team to craft compelling brand narratives and elevate the visual identity across print, digital, social, and e-commerce touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve brand identity systems that are distinctive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal storytelling.
- Lead the design and development of packaging that is innovative, functional, and brand-aligned.
- Oversee in-store display concepts that enhance shopper engagement and drive conversion.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that span print, digital, social media, and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution across platforms.
- Use data and insights to optimize creative performance and consumer engagement.
- Inspire and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage external creative partners and agencies as needed.
- Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Champion the brand voice and visual language across all communications.
- Continuously refine and elevate the brand experience based on market trends and consumer feedback.
Qualifications
- Required: 10+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, and campaign development.
- Required: Proven track record of leading successful omni-channel campaigns.
- Required: Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and retail design.
- Required: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and digital ecosystems.
- Required: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Required: Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Required: Familiarity with sustainability trends and inclusive design practices.
- Preferred: Experience in the beauty/CPG industry is a plus.
