Operations
The Lead Medium Voltage Electrician/Instrumentation provides leadership and mentorship to skilled trades personnel, facilitates training, and offers backup support for the maintenance leader. Uses data mining, process monitoring, and data historian tools to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions/failures.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to HSE standards; support safety initiatives.
- Obtain LOTO, lifts, respirators, confined spaces, and fall protection certifications.
- Document work per Good Documentation Practices; maintain/update job plans and procedures.
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on utility systems (high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, city water, sewer).
- Maintain high/low voltage electrical gear (13.2 KV main switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, motor starters; MCCs, VSDs, load centers).
- Troubleshoot/repair electrical and process instrumentation issues (temperature, pressure, flow, pH, conductivity, TOC, control valves); install/modify electrical and instrumentation components.
- Maintain technical knowledge; mentor/train utility craft personnel.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years utilities experience; including high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, city water, sewer.
- Strong electrical aptitude; valid driver’s license.
- Willing to respond to call-ins/overtime; lift up to 40 lbs.
- Tolerate outdoor winter/summer conditions.

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Electrical associate’s degree/technical certificate (or equivalent); FDA-regulated manufacturing maintenance experience.
- English proficiency; troubleshooting; follow written procedures.
- CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
