About the Role
- The US Oncology Market Access Analytics Lead will leverage data across multiple sources to create analyses, synthesize results into actionable insights, and communicate business impact to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Main activities include analyzing data from Hub/Patient Services Programs, Trade & Distribution Operations, State & Federal policies (e.g., PBM reform, MFN), and other emerging US healthcare trends impacting Oncology.

How you will contribute:
- Partner with US OBU PVA functions to drive market access analytics and modeling (Hub/Patient Services Programs, Trade & Distribution, US Health Policy).
- Identify and quantify impact of ongoing and emerging US healthcare policies affecting Oncology.
- Align with Global Oncology Market Access to scenario plan long-range forecasts using US healthcare trends.
- Own and develop oncology above-brand market access KPIs; identify data sources; lead tracking/reporting.
- Develop multi-source analyses and communicate insights/recommendations to field teams and senior leadership.
- Provide thought partnership on business implications, strategic alternatives, risks, and opportunities for key brands/late-stage pipeline assets.
- Manage multiple projects and analyses in a deadline-driven environment.
- Apply consulting skills: problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and clear oral/written presentations.
- Proactively identify business needs and build analyses to mitigate risk and improve results.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS/BA required; preferably an advanced degree (MBA, Masters, PhD).
- 5+ years pharmaceutical experience; 3+ years oncology experience preferred.
- Market Access experience required; reimbursement/access knowledge across the US healthcare landscape.
- Strong critical thinking; outstanding oral and written communication.
- Advanced business acumen; expert MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, courage, urgency, integrity; influence without authority; high self-awareness/political acuity.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in corporate strategy or consulting preferred.
