Organization And Position Overview
The Maintenance Planner & Scheduler oversees maintenance planning and craft scheduling in their assigned area to ensure company assets are managed in compliance with cGMP and other standards. Plans and schedules corrective and preventive maintenance, develops maintenance and calibration job plans and data sheets, and performs long-term planning/scheduling once the site is operational.

Responsibilities
- Safety: Comply with all HSE requirements (procedures, policies, permits, practices); incorporate HSE into maintenance planning/scheduling, including job plans, contractor management, and operations scheduling; knowledgeable in LOTO; report safety concerns/incidents/injuries; promote a proactive safety culture; ensure proper housekeeping.
- Quality: Meet quality standards defined by cGMPs, Global Quality Standards, and local procedures; ensure regulatory-based PMs are completed on schedule.
- Planning & Scheduling Excellence: Schedule maintenance, calibration, and repair work; use and train on a CMMS (IBM Maximo, Blue Mountain RAM, SAP PM or equivalent); understand maintenance scheduling/planning/PM programs; create/update job plans and calibration data sheets; maintain/monitor backlog to prevent delinquent PMs; ensure work is documented and completed per job plan; know engineering drawings and building equipment/instrumentation; verify parts/materials/special tools availability and order as needed; coordinate with customers/maintenance activities to minimize scheduling conflicts.

Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years industrial maintenance planning/scheduling in an FDA regulated industry
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar)
- US full-time work authorization (no visa sponsorship)

Additional Preferences
- Regulated manufacturing experience; manufacturing/industrial/bldg maintenance knowledge
- Strong written/verbal communication; prioritization and meeting targets; customer service; autonomy; problem solving; computer proficiency
