Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance planning and craft scheduling for assigned area to manage company assets in compliance with cGMP and applicable standards.
- Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Incorporate HSE into maintenance planning/scheduling (job plans, contractor management, scheduling with operations); knowledgeable in LOTO processes.
- Report all safety concerns, incidents, and injuries; promote a proactive safety culture; ensure proper housekeeping.
- Meet quality standards (cGMPs, Global Quality Standards, local procedures), including completing regulatory-based PMs on schedule.
- Schedule maintenance, calibration, and repair work.
- Use/train in a CMMS (e.g., IBM Maximo, Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager, SAP Plant Maintenance or equivalent).
- Create/update maintenance and calibration job plans and calibration data sheets; maintain/monitor PM backlog to prevent delinquency; ensure accurate documentation/completion per job plan.
- Understand engineering drawings; equipment and instrumentation in the building.
- Verify availability of parts/materials/tools (order as needed).
- Coordinate with customers/maintenance activities to minimize scheduling conflicts.

Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 5+ years industrial maintenance planning/scheduling experience in an FDA regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar).
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas.

Additional Preferences
- Regulated manufacturing experience; manufacturing/industrial/building maintenance knowledge.
- Strong written/verbal communication; ability to prioritize and meet targets; high-level customer service; work autonomously; problem solving; computer proficiency.

- Temporary location in Carmel, IN; permanent location at the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN.
- Supports 24/7 operation; flexible availability for support and issue resolution.
