Your Role: Lead Software Engineer β Finance
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support full-stack, scalable Finance digital products; embed security and quality assurance across the product lifecycle while balancing stability with new features.
- Oversee engineering for key Finance initiatives: partner with Product Owner to build backlog, define technical approaches, and align with engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement with Platform Engineering to enhance developer experience and identify reusable enterprise components.
- Coach and upskill engineers; share best practices and foster collaboration across the Engineering community.
- Promote innovation via rapid prototyping and partner engagement (e.g., hackathons) to explore new technologies.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience with:
- Modern architecture methodologies (SOA, API-centric design, Twelve-Factor App).
- DevSecOps product-minded delivery (CI/CD, TDD).
- Cloud-native patterns (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud preferred) and Kubernetes.
- API ecosystem scaling and web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, Node, Next.js/React).
- Large-scale digital solutions in complex environments.
Preferred:
- Enterprise Procurement processes.
- SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP; integrations incl. OneStream, SAP BPC, Signavio).
- AI/Agentic workflow integration.
- Python (or similar); Databricks or Power BI.
