Lead Enterprise Application Solutions Analyst (SAP)

Role: Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Solutions Analyst, responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise finance and operational processes within SAP to support corporate financial, manufacturing, and commercialization functions. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery across Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Order to Cash processes; optimize workflows, ensure system performance and data integrity; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; support system upgrades and master data management. Requirements: 8+ years supporting SAP environments (or 6+ years with Master’s); 4+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO experience in areas like general ledger, cash management, and treasury; proficiency in SAP S/4HANA finance modules, analytics tools, and enterprise structuring; strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: SAP certification, experience with US GAAP, financial reporting, and validated systems; familiarity with project tasks like fit-gap workshops, configuration, testing, and training; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. High-Value: enterprise finance, SAP S/4HANA, finance modules, treasury, risk management, US GAAP; life sciences/validated systems experience is a plus. Work setup: hybrid in Durham, NC or Silver Spring, MD; reporting at least three days in-office. Salary: $135K–$190K, dependent on experience and location.
