Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic plans and roadmaps for SAP solutions, driving development and implementation within timelines/budget while ensuring quality.
- Design and develop SAP solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP standards, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other modules (scalability, performance, integration).
- Deliver end-to-end SAP integrations with other enterprise systems; define integration patterns, data exchange mechanisms, and API management.
- Implement SAP ATTP (serialization protocols, data mapping, communication standards) to meet business serialization requirements.
- Identify automation/innovation opportunities in the SAP ecosystem using RPA, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
- Develop and maintain EDI systems (data mapping, translation, communication protocols).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure delivery.
- Stay current on emerging SAP technologies and industry trends; drive innovation.
- Manage project teams; improve productivity and performance.
- Foster continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in related field; preferably Pharma.
Skills:
- Deep SAP knowledge (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud Platform, integration e.g., PI/PO, Cloud Integration).
- Cloud implementation experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Enterprise integration patterns; API management; messaging protocols (REST, SOAP, JMS).
- SAP methodologies (ASAP, Activate) and cloud migration (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecting).
- DevOps for SAP (CI/CD, IaC, automated testing).
- EDI (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML; AS2, SFTP, FTP).
- Serialization exposure via SAP ATTP and tools like RFXcel.
- Strong communication, decision-making under pressure, organization/time management, analytical/problem-solving skills.
