Lead, AI Engineering & SDLC Automation

Role: Lead AI Engineering & SDLC Automation within Developer Experience team, focusing on integrating AI and automation to enhance software development, testing, security, and delivery processes. Responsibilities: shape technical strategy, evaluate and implement AI tools, design automation solutions, establish governance standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevSecOps and security, lead complex initiatives from discovery to adoption, develop reference implementations, mentor engineers, and track success metrics like productivity, quality, and adoption. Requirements: 8+ years in software/platform engineering, DevOps, or workflow automation; Bachelor's or Master’s in CS or related field; hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM solutions, APIs, and CI/CD tools; strong problem-solving skills; understanding of responsible AI practices; proven leadership across teams and ability to communicate complex topics.
