LATAM New Products SPID Access Director

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of market access and pricing strategies for priority pharma assets across LATAM.
- Build and lead a dedicated LATAM launch engine to accelerate launches with repeatable, scalable, high-quality access processes across assets and countries.
- Serve as LATAM access lead for SPID product launch acceleration priorities.
- Develop LATAM-specific access acceleration strategies across differing payer, reimbursement, and market access environments.
- Prioritize highest-value/highest-feasibility launches and focus resources accordingly.
- Partner with country market access teams to align global/regional strategy with local needs, timelines, and priorities.
- Establish standardized launch readiness tools, templates, governance, and decision-making processes.
- Guide pricing strategy and governance to protect value and manage private/public procurement complexity.
- Support access evidence generation, payer value communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor policy/payer/competitor dynamics; collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Policy, Legal, Global).
- Share best practices to continuously improve the launch engine; ensure legal/regulatory/ethical compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/public health/business/economics or related field.
- 8+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, new product planning, or related pharma launch functions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting launch strategy/access readiness for innovative pharma products.
- Strong understanding of HTA, reimbursement, payer systems, and pricing across multiple markets.
