Role: LATAM New Products Oncology Access Director responsible for developing market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for upcoming oncology launches, portfolio expansions, and pipeline assets. Primary objectives include ensuring early access planning aligned with evidence generation, payer strategies, and stakeholder engagement to enable successful product launches and sustainable patient access across multiple markets.
Responsibilities: lead access planning, build proactive strategies anticipating country-specific barriers and reimbursement hurdles, support evidence and value communication, monitor evolving payer and policy landscapes, and align access strategies with portfolio and business goals. Collaborate with global, regional, medical, regulatory, commercial, and local teams to ensure launch readiness and integrate access considerations early in development and launch phases.
Qualifications: Bachelorβs or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or related fields; minimum 8 years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or launch strategy within oncology or pharma. Strong expertise in oncology treatment pathways, HTA, reimbursement processes, and evidence generation. Proven ability to develop strategic, cross-functional, and region-specific access plans.
