Laboratory Technician

- Follow and promote proper safety procedures and PPE protocols at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of production areas and equipment during each shift.
- Operate as a primary or secondary operator in the cGMP production of APIs and chemical intermediates.
- Utilize and follow written procedures, batch records, SOPs, and operational protocols.
- Set up, calibrate, operate, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Portion and package materials safely according to production procedures.
- Assemble containers and components for portioning and packaging processes.
- Monitor and communicate production status during shift transitions.
- Record and maintain accurate production documentation, measurements, and calculations.
- Perform inventory verification, lot number tracking, and documentation for traceability.
- Troubleshoot and operate automated labeling and packaging equipment.
- Maintain and clean workstations, production equipment, and storage areas.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
- Collaborate with team members in a multi-shift, team-based manufacturing environment.
