Role: Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Specialist supporting cGMP-compliant pharmaceutical operations at Bayer. Responsibilities: design, develop, validate, and maintain LabVantage LIMS and MODA Master Data; support digital laboratory solutions including instrument integration and electronic lab notebooks; manage user access, enforce data integrity per 21 CFR Part 11, and support system validation, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Collaborate with QA, QC, manufacturing, and global data managers. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline; 6+ years of industry experience (or equivalent); strong expertise in LabVantage LIMS (version 8+), MODA, and software validation; experience in cGMP and regulatory environments.
