Role: Analytical Chemist in Quality Control supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing of cancer cell therapies, including CAR T-cell products. Responsibilities: perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products using assays such as Cell-based bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR; maintain lab instruments; review and monitor data for compliance; author SOPs and investigations; support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or AA/High School with relevant biotech/QC experience; knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and analytical techniques; proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills. Preferred: biotech/pharma industry experience, understanding of quality systems (21 CFR Part 11/210/211), and experience with biopharmaceutical assays. High-value: cell-based bioassays, flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, GMP compliance, biopharma QC, supporting cancer immunotherapy product release. Work setup: overnight shifts; schedule may vary. Salary range: $69,445–$89,870, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
